Welcome to Without. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Without platform, website, and AI-powered sustainability services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Without," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Without the Application an 11 Points Software Inc. solution, a technology company dedicated to helping Fortune 500 enterprises measure, track, and reduce their environmental impact through advanced artificial intelligence.

User Responsibilities
As a user of the Without platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and onboarding process.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Ensure that any data uploaded to our AI models for analysis is owned by your organization or that you have explicit permission to use it.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Acceptable Use Policy
Our platform is designed to foster sustainable growth. Misuse of our services undermines this mission. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Without AI algorithms or software.
- Use the Services to generate misleading sustainability reports or "greenwash" data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or our related systems or networks.

Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Services, including but not limited to our AI models, software, visual interfaces, and the "Without" brand, are the exclusive property of 11 Points Software Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the raw sustainability data you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant Without a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and improving our AI models' accuracy in aggregate, anonymized forms.

Nature of AI Predictions
The insights, forecasts, and sustainability scores generated by Without are based on artificial intelligence analysis of provided data. While we strive for high accuracy, these are estimates and should not be the sole basis for critical financial or regulatory decisions without independent verification.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The seat of arbitration shall be Ontario, Canada.
